About Me

I’m Eve — a Holistic Personal Trainer, Somatic Therapy Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Practitioner with a background in Occupational Therapy. My own journey through migraines, weight struggles, gut issues, joint pain, burnout, and hormonal imbalances gave me first-hand insight into how intentionally tailored movement can support restoring balance across the body, mind, emotions, and daily life.This experience led me to take a deep dive into metabolic health, building a strong and functional body, and understanding stress physiology—the combination that ultimately moved the needle for me, and now for my clients.I lead with compassion while offering practical, effective tools. I’ve been there, and I understand the challenges.Working with me means gaining clarity and direction on how to integrate movement and exercise into your life in a way that truly supports you.
